Spinal Flow
Spinal flow technique works through the spine and central nervous system. As a practitioner I connect to access points on the spine and head which allows communication between the central nervous system and brain.
The Spinal flow technique works on these access points by connecting to the dura mater of the spine which allows the cerebral spinal fluid to flow up and down the spine releasing these blockages and increasing the flow and communication throughout the body. This will bring healing and balance to the body again through your body's own innate intelligence. When I work with the access points it's merely to remind your body where to bring its focus, flow, and communicate to remove the blockages that prevent that healing and balance.

We are able to do Distance Energy Healing, Guided Meditations/Visualizations, Intuitive Readings, Wholistic Coaching & Angel Card Readings via Skype, FaceTime or phone calls.

THE Group Healing
THE Group Healings are Healing and Empowering Groups that will incorporate Guided Meditation and Visualization to create a Sacred Space. When in this Sacred Space with our intention we are creating a space for Healing and Empowerment.
With the incorporation of breathing techniques, affirmations/power statements, visualizations and intentions you will be part of the Healing process as I send each person in the group Energy Healing. This is a great way to receive Healing while Empowering your body~mind~soul with the added energy of a group.

In this training Melissa will share the information she received Intuitively that has people lifting and moving on the table, THE Meditation classes and THE Group.
